We have been using them as our agent since 22 Sept 2003(more than 20 years) carry down from their previous partners, prior to company name change to Aurora. We're please with the way they handle the property n make sure that all requests are handled in a professional manner.

Lee is a great communicator. She returns emails and phone messages promptly. Lee answers any questions we have with a straight answer.

Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant
