Adele Sirang and the whole Ray White team were efficient and courteous handling the the rental of the property. They inspected the property after the old tenants moved out and advised and facilitated the minor repairs needed prior to the new tenants moving in. Several candidates were keen after the first open home and a suitable applicant was picked guided by Adele and the team. They have been looking after property for several years now and we will continue to use them in the future as we are extremely happy with the service the continue to give us.

They look after my properties - the journey started with Paul M and then went with Talieh and now with Mark and Marco the BDMs who did a great job in leasing the latest property out in less than a week . From communication to advertising at every step of the way with good communication and with a step by step process with them both keeping me informed and strategising in getting a good tenant . What I also loved was they were also making sure they had the tenants best interest in mind while also making sure I got my property of the market asap . From the outset, Talieh Abd, has been warm, friendly, efficient, and has maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process of securing the lease. From the handover inspection onwards, this was well done, but when an unexpected problem arose with a problematic door, the quick response, in engaging a tradesman to fully replace the errant door, was impressive and most gratifying - this meant there would be no delay in our planned move from our old premises.
