With it being the first time leasing our apartment, Adele and Lulu were helpful and communicative. They responded quickly to all of our questions throughout the process. Overall, we’re very satisfied with their effort in finding a suitable tenant and would highly recommend the Carlingford branch.

Adele Sirang and the whole Ray White team were efficient and courteous handling the the rental of the property. They inspected the property after the old tenants moved out and advised and facilitated the minor repairs needed prior to the new tenants moving in. Several candidates were keen after the first open home and a suitable applicant was picked guided by Adele and the team. They have been looking after property for several years now and we will continue to use them in the future as we are extremely happy with the service the continue to give us.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
