They found an excellent-fit new tenant after just one open-house, and managed to lease the property at a higher rate than we had expected. They organised the rental agreement and all associated documentation in a timely and professional manner. The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant
