Agencies in Brookfield, VIC, 3338

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sabin Thapa to rent out my investment property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Sabin demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a successful rental process. Sabin took the time to thoroughly understand my property and my rental goals. Provided a detailed market analysis, helping me set a competitive yet fair rental price. Sabin's knowledge of the local market was evident, and the pricing strategy resulted in multiple high-quality applicants. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Sabin kept me updated with regular progress reports, promptly answered my questions, and was always available to address any concerns. This level of responsiveness and transparency was greatly appreciated and made the process stress-free. Sabin is an outstanding real estate agent who combines market expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to his clients. Thanks to his hard work and dedication.

Very good service & very honest people you can trust them. All the pricing is fully upfront & no hidden fees ever. Thanks.

Nirali at 361 Degrees did a great job as our property manager. She planned and organised a great marketing campaign to promote our property to the tenants, conducted multiple open houses, screened potential tenants to find a good tenant for us (out of multiple applications). She did a through job in the process and gained our confidence. I will highly recommend Nirali from 361 Degrees to act as a property manager to take care of your investment property.
