Right from the start Michaels has been great to deal with. Very helpful staff who explain everything you need to know about your rental agreement and what your responsibilities are. Once I viewed the property I called the office again to say I’d like to proceed with my application again I had a positive responses in a 24 hr period. Any inquiries I’ve had have been handled within the same business day or no more then a 24 hr timeframe.
