He is very responsive and helpful whenever I face any issues regarding my unit. On the inspection day, we were late a bit for the inspection time and the lady was nice to wait for us to inspect. From the date of applying to the approval, it took only two days. Really quick and straight forwards! Thanks to Tin, Thu and their team!
