Great friendly, professional, interactions with Andrew. He was clear with his communication and followed up really well. Since moving in, Janice the property manager has been the same, friendly, professional and took action quickly. All of this has meant moving in has been super smooth and feeling so happy in a great place and location here in Ashfield.

I really appreciate the work Matthew had done through all the procedure.

I am very happy with the service and how quick I received the answers.

Since Park Properties took over management of our unit a few years after we purchased in 1999, they have handled all aspects of managing our property extremely well. They did an excellent job recently in organising refurbishment of our unit and arranging reletting in the face of a number of external problems, mainly noise from excavation and rebuilding actions in a vacant block adjacent to our building. Nothing is ever a problem for them. We whole heartedly endorse all of the staff we have contact with.

We have been using Melissah and the team Park Props for nearly ten years to handle our property. Other family members a lot longer. Their communication regarding our unit is great, they are the market specialists in the area, their negotiation skills and professionalism excellent. We couldn't be any happier with their service. They handle numerous properties for different members of our family and we all highly recommend them whether you are intend to buy, sell or rent out a property.

Really helpful in assisting in finding a tenant for our investment property.
