I rented an apartment for 18 months through Ray White Ashfield until February 2024 and wanted to say a big Thank you to the team, especially Louisa Chan. Their service was always prompt, accurate and responsive to various needs and questions I had during my tenancy. The only reason why I didn't use their service for the apartment I currently live in was because I moved outside the areas where Ray White Ashfield had apartments available. If that hadn't been the case, I would have looked to them for a new apartment tenancy application. Thanks again, I will look forward to using your service again in future if there's an opportunity.

Issues were always resolved quickly and their communication was excellent from the start the tenancy to handing the keys back. They had the perfect balance of caring for the property on behalf of the owner to respecting that it is the tenants home. Was really nice to feel valued as a renter.
