I had a great experience with my real estate agent. They assisted with everything throughout the process and were always responsive and helpful. Any repairs that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, which made things stress-free. Overall, I’ve had no issues at all and would definitely recommend their services.

Responsive and upfront - Nicola clearly stepped through how we position the rental. She gave feedback on how the inspections went. For the selected tenant, she was fully across all matters and answered my queries with great satisfaction. Highly recommended

Nikolia is an AMAZING property manager. Dealing with her was always so easy and a pleasure. She got things organised and done. Great experience in dealing with her during our tenancy. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and very helpful. Great Asset to Ray & White Punchbowl.

LJ Hooker Dulwich Hill has been very helpful and accommodating! They helped us get approved for our next home quickly, making the move for me, my partner and our dog comfortable. Highly recommend them! Thank you Vanessa and Yianni!

Vanessa responded to my request for a rental valuation on the same day, just before the break in late December. As soon as the break was over, a photographer was on-site and was very professional, delivering great quality photos of the property. On the day of the viewing, Vanessa was friendly and warm with the potential tenants, taking the time to highlight the key features of the property. After just the first viewing, a rental agreement was drafted with a reputable tenant, allowing for us to seamlessly transition to our new home without the worry of our initial property being vacant. Thanks Vanessa and the LJ Hooker Dulwich Hill team!

Invited 3 agents to bid. Yianni and Vanessa were very keen and presented an excellent offer, with the backing of a major property management organisation. Listing went well and tenants found promptly.

I rented an apartment for 18 months through Ray White Ashfield until February 2024 and wanted to say a big Thank you to the team, especially Louisa Chan. Their service was always prompt, accurate and responsive to various needs and questions I had during my tenancy. The only reason why I didn't use their service for the apartment I currently live in was because I moved outside the areas where Ray White Ashfield had apartments available. If that hadn't been the case, I would have looked to them for a new apartment tenancy application. Thanks again, I will look forward to using your service again in future if there's an opportunity.

I had an amazing experience with Ray White. I found the process of filling up the application was easy and fast. The team was guided us through each step.

Professional, Efficient, Responsive, Knowledgeable. Andrew and the very capable Ray White Ashfield Team delivered exceptional service from start to finish of the leasing process. Andrew kept us constantly updated and informed. Thank you to Andrew, Matthew, Janice and Louisa for making the experience so seamless.

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.

Working with Rocco was genuinely a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable about the local market, incredibly efficient, and always responsive. What stood out to me most was how he followed through on everything he promised and kept me updated at every step, from the open home right through to screening applicants. It made the whole process feel easy and completely stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Rocco and Hudson McHugh highly enough. Thanks so much, Rocco, for making the entire experience so smooth and positive!
