Michelle and the team are always on the ball with managing my property and communicating with me. Vacancies are promptly filled and inspections are thoroughly done and provide me with a very detailed property report with numerous pictures.

Sophie and the team at Your Realty Gympie & Cooloola have been fantastic to deal with. The whole process of managing and leasing my property has been smooth, professional and stress-free. Sophie has been responsive, proactive and easy to communicate with, and I’ve always felt like my property is being well looked after. They secured a great tenant quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Sophie and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and hands-on property manager in the Gympie area.

They were in touch with us all the time, understanding and accommodating. Teagan, The property manager was very helpful.

After going through a few real estates to manage our investment property; we are so pleased we found Merton Property Co. Under their management, we as investors can trust they have our best interest at heart and have been exceptional with finding suitable tenants; and the overall management of our property. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Dan. Communication was prompt and professional, and he made the entire leasing process smooth and hassle-free for busy owners like us. His market knowledge stood out, achieving a rental rate higher than other agents suggested. The property was leased after just one day of inspections, which exceeded our expectations. Strong negotiation skills and efficient service throughout. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a reliable and results-driven agent!
