We had a wonderful experience and are extremely happy with the excellent service provided by LJ Hooker Property Plus Mareeba. A special thank you to Natalie, who has been incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and approachable throughout the entire rental process. She has always been responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to assist us. What truly impressed us was when we experienced some confusion with the house keys. Natalie kindly took the time to personally come to the property to help us resolve the issue. This thoughtful gesture showed her genuine care and dedication to her clients. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but Natalie’s support and willingness to help made the entire experience so much easier and smoother. We sincerely appreciate her outstanding customer service, kindness, and professionalism. Natalie is truly an asset to the team! Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional property management team. Thank you once again, Natalie, for going above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
