As a landlord they are very thorough ensuring the property is inspected particularly during the tenancy and with tenants leaving ensuring the protection of bond and property. They also ensure regular compliance or fire safety reminders ensuring the safety of tenants but protecting landlords. Through with maintenance requests. Always through and high level of service to ensure the property is rented with prompt communication. Olivia in particular, is a fantastic and dedicated property manager for the business supporting landlords and tenants.

Jenny was very supportive, I wasn’t able to inspect the apartment in person but Jenny helped me with a video inspection. Eagle also provided us a fob cover when the keys and fob are unattached.

I am receiving all rental-related reports well.
