Melanie and Chantelle from Excel real estate were fantastic to deal with when we decided to lease out our family home. Their knowledge and expertise in the rental market were exceptional and the communication and professionalism throughout made the process a dream. We Would highly recommend Excel real estate.

Not only did the team get the best possible rents price for our investemnt property, but the ongoing management of it has been outstanding!

Professional, knowledgeable & friendly! Thank you team Excel.

Highly recommend this team for all things real estate. Passion, drive, focus, communication and service excel.

They helped me unbelievable, I was wondering where to go coz while waiting on settlement of my new property as I sold my currently one, so they got me a short contract rental to stay in while waiting

Annette was thorough and professional throughout the whole process, and communicated with us clearly. The front service has also been awesome, phone calls and enquiries are followed up efficiently.

Working with the team has been such an easy experience. Everyone I’ve spoken with while setting up my rental has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Communication has been clear and updates are always prompt. They’ve made the whole process feel effortless from start to finish.

I had an extremely positive experience purchasing a property myself for the first time and then engaging a Property Manager. The team worked collaboratively and respectfully with me to provide me with excellent service and communication with wonderful rapport. I was kept up to date with any new information promptly and they checked in with me frequently. My questions and queries were dealt with respectfully no matter how small. I received timely follow up calls and felt like I was part of a support network. The combined knowledge of the team about the processes of buying and renting to tenants helped me navigate this landscape with so much more ease. I feel I have developed a great rapport with the team and look forward to continuing my journey with them. I would highly recommend Tweed LJ Hooker with their vast knowledge base of the market with their friendly and helpful approach.

She was super helpful throughout the whole process and really made this move feel more like floating through the clouds. Thank you so much Mikaela and the LJ hooker team in Coolangatta tweed, you guys are amazing. Mikaela you deserve a raise
