Agencies in Coogee, NSW, 2034

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Asher goes above and beyond, helping organise and see through refurbishment of the property, the level of detail and the way he looked after the whole engagement is second to none. He is a true champion and I would highly recommend him.

Emine is highly professional, communicates clearly, and manages our property with great care. She is efficient, proactive, and strikes a perfect balance between looking after the landlord’s interests and ensuring tenants are well-supported. We’re very pleased with the service and feel confident our property is in good hands.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff .
