Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed about what was happening with our apartment. She handled any queries from the tenant that arose efficiently and with minimal stress or bother on our end, which made a big difference as landlords. She went out of her way to make things easy with inspections and she always had our time prioritised. The leasing and ongoing management process was smooth, and it was reassuring to know our property was being looked after with care. Jacqueline demonstrated strong attention to detail and a good understanding of both tenant and owner needs. I have been fortunate enough to have Jacqui both sell and rent numerous properties of mine. She is the upmost professional (with a side of humour). She is honest and upfront about sale and rental prices so you know what you can realistically get whilst feeling like you’ve got a great outcome. As a property manager she consistently goes above and above - is quick to pass on any tenant feedback and give advice around what’s reasonable. I have full faith in her and Peter to get the best price and act on my behalf. As a repeat customer 4 x times I think this speaks for itself. I write about Viviana Suarez and expand my previous high recommendation. She is real time her communications are always brief and knowledgeable. She doesn’t waste words, but put her energy into investigating a problem, thoroughly providing solutions. The buildings that is managing for townhouses at 40 years old. They’re always problems and maintenance sometimes Major.. in particular there have been significant problems with the roofs and gutters because we are surrounded by Gumtree’s, which become quite a problem when the weather is wet and rainy, and she has done a magnificent job on that. She knows her tradesmen only uses tradesmen to do good work, and his prices are reasonable. This is quite a gift because property managers are not always competent and conscientious. She selects tenants very carefully we help her a little bit by giving her the latitude to select the quality of the tenant above the final extra dollar and summary skillful, intelligent, extremely professional property manager, which we would recommend highly.
