Rarely have I had such an exceptional experience as a landlord and as a tenant! Sarah Tanti is knowledgeable, kind and extremely responsive. She made the end to end process for us so smooth and seamless! Communication and efficiency are the two key skills that are extremely important in this industry and she has mastered them both! Thank you for the support you provided us Belle Property Hunters Hill!

We have a few properties across Australia and have found Belle to be prompt in responses regarding our properties and also have a team of people who support one another to ensure that the properties are well taken care of and always rented out.

Sarah and the team communicated clearly through the process of finding a suitable new tenant for our investment. After the first two open inspections we took on her feedback and was satisfied when we found an tenant who’s likely to cherish our property within a week. Thank you for your professional attitude and service!

Tiffany at Shead has been our leasing agent for many years now. I value her guidance when we're evaluating propsective tenants and her advice on property maintenance / upgrades is always pragmatic and sensible. The true measure of success for a leasing agent is peace of mind and she gives us that in spades!

Tiffany was very responsive and meticulous in ensuring that everything was well prepared before re-letting my apartment.

I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Henry. His communication is clear, prompt, and always professional. It is not uncommon to get an email from Henry before 9am responding to my query sent the previous night, with clear and right to the point explanation. He also has excellent market knowledge and provided valuable guidance throughout the process. His expertise was impressive, ensuring a smooth and positive outcome. Overall, he is highly professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service.
