We were having a very disappointing experience with a tenant and a rental agent who was not on the ball. The tenant moved out so we did some renovations and looked for a new agent. When we were scheduled to meet Carly I took a friend with me who works in Real Estate. I was really impressed with Carly and my friend said, "she's the one". We love that they always keep us in the loop. We are also invited to attend inspections. Importantly they conduct regular inspections. They are very professional, but personable also. I love this team.

I have rented through this agency with Aimee as my property manager and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Her communication has been always clear and timely – emails and calls are responded to quickly, and she keeps me informed about anything related to the property so there are never any surprises. It’s rare to find a property manager who is equally supportive of tenants while clearly looking after the owner’s investment, but Aimee strikes that balance perfectly. I would happily rent through her again and highly recommend Aimee to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and approachable property manager.
