I’ve been working with Hoso for years now, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my properties. What really sets them apart is their communication. They are incredibly responsive—whenever an issue pops up, they’re on it immediately and find solutions in no time. They genuinely listen, too. Whenever I have a concern, they take the time to hear me out and address it properly, always making sure my interests come first. On top of that, their market knowledge is spot on. They know exactly what’s going on with neighborhood trends and use that info to make sure my properties are priced and positioned perfectly. I also really appreciate their negotiation skills. Whether it’s dealing with contractors for repairs, they always manage to get a fair deal without me having to stress over the details. Overall, they handle everything smoothly, efficiently, and with a lot of respect. Highly recommend!

We previously used a large agency and often felt that our concerns as landlords were overlooked. Since moving across, the experience has been completely different. The management team worked diligently to recover money owed by a former tenant and kept us informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to landlords are second to none.

Henry was extremely helpful at the start process of getting the property inspected and ready for leasing. Alex then followed up with much patience and attention during the leasing process, helping me to find a suitable and reliable tenant for my property. Kylie has also been very helpful and easy to reach and communicate with for ongoing maintainence matters. Overall, I highly recommend the team at HOSO for any property matters!
