They keep us informed at all times and have always found high quality tenants for our townhouse. They are experts in the property market in the Plympton area and we love that they are a local business. Even when we have been allocated a new property manager we always receive continuous and quality service. When we recently had our tenant vacate at the end of lease the property was advertised and tenants short-listed in such a timely manner that the property was only vacant for a few days between tenants.
