That level of involvement gave us real peace of mind. What truly impressed us was her proactive approach - she was always forward looking to ensure all aspects were covered to allow a seamless experience for both the land lords d and tenants. This led to her identifying suitable tenants even before the property was officially marketed, which made the entire leasing process seamless and efficient. Tracy is an exceptional communicator.
