I am abroad for work and corresponded with Nova Realty Group while overseas in a vastly different time zone. Nova Realty Group has remained accessible, and I've had no problems contacting them over email or instant messaging. I undertook minor renovations prior to listing the property. This was done promptly with Nova Realty Group's help, and I was kept in the loop for quotes and other decisions throughout. Nova Realty Group were also diligent and transparent in securing a tenant. I was given prompt updates on the status of inspections and applicants with their views on the viability of applications. Whenever I sought more information on a particular application, Nova Realty Group were happy to assist. It's been a pleasure working with them so far. Look forward to sustaining the relationship!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with dozens of property managers across Australia, and Jamerly stands out as one of the very best. She is not only highly knowledgeable and hands-on but also consistently demonstrates a strong customer-first approach. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail give me complete confidence in her ability to manage my properties. I highly recommend Jamerly to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property manager.

I highly recommend this agency because of their professionalism and flexibility.
