Great communication and service

Great serviced very helpful with any issues

I have been extremely impressed with the level of service, professionalism and genuine care shown by Crowne Real Estate Ipswich, particularly Emerence, who recently secured a tenant for my investment property in Hillcrest. Emerence was fantastic throughout the entire process — responsive, knowledgeable, proactive and always keeping me informed. What really stands out, however, is that this isn't just a one-off experience; the team continues to provide exceptional ongoing support and management across all of my investment properties held with them. I have complete confidence knowing my properties are being looked after properly and that any issues or questions are dealt with promptly and professionally. Emerence in particular has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, and her communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for me as a landlord have been outstanding. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crowne Real Estate Ipswich and Emerence to anyone looking for a property management team they can genuinely trust.

Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

Emerance and the team are incredibly attentive and responsive to all my property management needs. Loving the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with them. :)
