We have now used NU Management *twice*, both times while we were overseas, and couldn’t recommend Grant and the team more highly. On both occasions, we handed the entire leasing process over to Grant and felt completely comfortable knowing everything would be handled professionally and efficiently, without us needing to supervise or chase anything from afar. NU Management managed everything from start to finish advertising, professional photography, CGI furniture, inspections, inspection reports, reference checks, applicant assessment and recommendations. Communication was excellent and the whole process was seamless. Most importantly, they delivered results. Our properties were leased quickly and at increased rental rates, while still ensuring we secured strong, properly vetted tenants. Grant provided clear feedback and recommendations on applicants, allowing us to make decisions with confidence. The fact that we have trusted Grant to handle our properties twice while we were overseas says it all.
