A consultant named Hadyn Lawson was very rude to me over the phone when I was looking for a property. He couldn't distinguish between two different properties he had. Insisted there was an open inspection (there wasn't), stood me up and then when I asked if he could look into his inventory for me he said "how about you look into my inventory for yourself". This was at the end of an already long and stressful period searching for a place to live in time for Christmas. I decided not to rip him one myself because his profile on your website shows he has only just entered the industry and giving him that kind feedback would probably help him out in the long run and I didn't want to.
