Remax was very thorough in covering all areas of the whole rental process as a landlord. Their market knowledge was extensive as well, and they were very efficient in arranging for contractors to ensure that the house was rental ready. While the handover process from business development manager to rental agent could have been communicated verbally, - and granted there were emails sent - it could've been streamlined. Overall, the process was smooth, and fees were reasonable as well, and we would recommend.

Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.
