Tiffany worked proactively on all parts of the process to manage our long-term tenant leaving, through to finding and onboarding a new tenant in a timeline manner. The outgoing inspection was thorough. Her recommendations helped us to efficiently find high quality tenants while maximising rent potential. She was flexible in her availability given timezone differences, and seamlessly involved our parents in the process.
