Agencies in Glebe, NSW, 2037

The principal David was very good leased my apartment after the first showing for a price above the guide very happy with his performance. However there for the other items such as documents signing, lease managers I was getting emails from so many different people and within the first week the lease managers changed and felt like I dealt with 3 of them, plus many emails from different people, it would have been better if there was just one representative I felt with.

I like the are organise an they respond promptly to our enquires

Belle property has been exceptional with our new tenancy. They have made the whole process very easy and I am delighted they are the property managers for our unit.

I have been working with James Hayashi and Biance Lamey for a year. They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible. Once the unit was leased, his team continued to prove that they are a great partner to trust and work with. They are the best agency to work with in Sydney, highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed dealing with the team at RW Eastern Beaches. A combination of the systems, people, knowledge and attitude make it an easy and stress free experience.

James, Bianca and Luke have been amazing with helping us prepare and lease our properties. They have helped solve numerous issues big and small, offering great solutions while nothing has been an issue for them. We got great rental tenants that we feel more than comfortable with and excellent rental returns. All of our outgoings are covered so we don’t have to constantly monitor. We highly recommend leasing with James and his team. 🙂

It is such a pleasant experience to deal with Rebecca. Her warm and genuine manner make our communication smoothly and effectively. Thanks to her incredible market knowledge and plan B in mind, she help us to rent out the property after first inspection. More than happy to recommend her first class professional service.

Amelia from Richardson & Wrench was extremely helpful in securing a great tennant for my home - fast, professional & highly effective

I was referred to Richardson & Wrench by a friend who'd previously used them. The fees were competitive with the North Shore market in Sydney and the service was seamless by Amelia.
