Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).

When the property came up for lease, they were fantastic in sourcing new tenants in a timely manner, making the whole process seamless. Ashley also went above and beyond in supporting additional improvements, including organising the replacement of the clothesline, installing a cover for the air conditioner, and ensuring the outgoing tenants left the property in the appropriate condition. What really stands out is their professionalism and responsiveness. They are always prompt, open to feedback, and willing to accommodate any requests.
