He and the team communicated professionally and were also down to earth and honest, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was smooth sailing with these guys. We got into our new place in less than a week!

Phil has been fantastic in communicating all through the process though we were in a different timezone. He got our property leased within the time frame he promised it to be, however the rental had to be reduced to go with the market conditions. He is a hardworking and sincere agent and a great asset to RayWhite. He has a great future with his get go attitude. Very happy with his service and would highly recommend!
