Easy application process and review result came in quickly. Well maintained property

Courtney made the process of settlement easy and stress free. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to deal with rentals other than Courtney makes you feel like you aren’t a number and priorities her clients I feel very privileged and look forward to working with her professionalism and knowledge throughout the industry you would be silly to deal with anyone else

This new purchase was given the attention it deserved and the outcome was perfect!

Stacey was wonderful and helpful at the inspection and Kylie went out of her way to keep us up to date with our application. Great team.

A pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever too much. Fantastic communication, no surprises, up to date with all information, knew the market and very realistic with advice and expectations. Feel confident they will ensure my property is cared for and the tenant is looked after. Unlike other agencies it is reassuring to know the relationship will continue and I won't be passed on to someone else. Thank you!

Kylie has been very helpful and informative from the start. She secured a tenant for our property within a week of us signing up with Blackshaw Weston as managing agent. She is on the ball and her communication with us is clear and timely.

Sam is professional and polite, but at the same time, very personable. He made it very easy and stress free for me to find this apartment and has made loving her easy as well. I would recommend Sam to anyone who wants their real estate experience to be a breeze, but with the knowledge and experience to give you confidence.

Quick and easy rental assistance

Sam has been wonderful to work with in organising my lease and is excellently communicative; always making sure I'm kept in the loop with what has needed to be done. Additionally, within a day of moving in and noticing a maintenance issue, he was quick and efficient in ensuring that it was dealt with. Can not emphasise how great and agent he is.
