I’ve been associated with Cooper and Cooper since I purchased my unit around three years ago and I can only say that the efficiency of Cooper and Cooper is outstanding in every respect, nothing is too much trouble and they are very professional.

Kylie and Amanda were wonderful in terms of communicating with us on the progress of our application, and supported us with further documentation needs. Kylie has been professional and available for all questions we’ve had. Overall we’ve had a great experience with the agents at Cooper and Cooper.

I find the more experienced staff are more capable. I would like to see younger members of the team receive more mentoring in terms of skills and knowledge so they can better deal with the complexities of property management.

Fletchers have managed our property since 2014. They have selected great tenants and conducted inspections along the way to ensure the property is maintained well. Thank you Kirsten, Rob and the team at Fletchers.
