After going through a few real estates to manage our investment property; we are so pleased we found Merton Property Co. Under their management, we as investors can trust they have our best interest at heart and have been exceptional with finding suitable tenants; and the overall management of our property. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Dan. Communication was prompt and professional, and he made the entire leasing process smooth and hassle-free for busy owners like us. His market knowledge stood out, achieving a rental rate higher than other agents suggested. The property was leased after just one day of inspections, which exceeded our expectations. Strong negotiation skills and efficient service throughout. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a reliable and results-driven agent!
