I’ve had a fantastic experience with Jump Property Management. They have been professional, friendly and great to deal with throughout the entire process. Their communication has been excellent, keeping me informed and making everything smooth and stress-free. They also have a great tenant network and did an excellent job finding me a quality tenant for my property. I really appreciate their effort, attention to detail and the time they took to find the right fit. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Jump Property Management and would highly recommend them to any property owner looking for a reliable, professional and communicative property manager. Thanks again for the great work!

Lou collected the keys to our new build, on behalf of us, as we are interstate. He had our property listed for rent 2 days later. Within a week we had tenants sign a lease to move in the following week. Great communication through the whole process, attention to detail and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend.

My tenant broke lease early and the Team at Jump swung into action promptly. From a landlords point of view it was a seamless transition into marketing, inspection, sign up of the new tenant and exit of the old. All with very little fuss or impact on me. I am very grateful for the professional way the Team handled the transition, kept me up to date and ultimately took all of the hassle out of the process for me.
