There were handy, informational printouts available and the agent, Bonnie was friendly, professional and ready to answer queries. The application process was thorough and when further documents were required, followup email and calls were made, and sorted immediately. From the perspective of a prospect and now tenant, the team at Urban Springs made everything as straight forward and clear as possible, and made an otherwise stressful experience comfortable and hassle-free.
