Village Property have managed the lease of my unit for over seven years. Throughout that time, I have been very happy with their service. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive, making the entire property leasing process stress-free. Their marketing consistently achieves great results, with minimal time between tenants and their communication has always been excellent. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable property management team.

The Team at Village have been nothing but exceptional. From finding tenants quickly, attention to repairs, replacing carpet - EVERYTHING done efficiently and with fuss.

Very professional and great communication throughout the leasing of my property. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Murdoch Lee team especially our property manager Jessica Wang. They are professional, responsive, and proactive, always handling matters efficiently and with great attention to detail. Communication is clear, their knowledge is excellent, and they consistently go above and beyond to achieve the best outcomes. We have complete confidence in the team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
