Great skills and pragmatic

We had a strange situation where we needed to fill our property for an awkward 5 month period. Rhia Hobbs was on it! She acted fast to get the property listed, and had a plan for getting it tenanted without vacancy. Communication was great throughout, and she got the result we were after. Top stuff.
