Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.

LJ Hooker made the renting experience a whole lot easier, with excellent communication and lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend to friends.
