Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.

Working with Rocco was genuinely a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable about the local market, incredibly efficient, and always responsive. What stood out to me most was how he followed through on everything he promised and kept me updated at every step, from the open home right through to screening applicants. It made the whole process feel easy and completely stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Rocco and Hudson McHugh highly enough. Thanks so much, Rocco, for making the entire experience so smooth and positive!

I cannot recommend my property manager highly enough. From day one, they have been professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in looking after my property as if it were their own. Communication has been exceptional—clear, timely, and proactive. Whether it was providing regular updates, responding quickly to queries, or explaining options and outcomes in a straightforward way, I always felt informed and confident that everything was under control. Maintenance issues were handled efficiently and with great care. My property manager coordinated quality trades, ensured work was completed promptly, and followed up to confirm everything met a high standard.
