Agencies in Lismore, NSW, 2480

I recently needed to move after almost 15 years in our last rental! It was a stressful experience in today’s housing market and learning to navigate the changes to rental applications now. However, Ciska (our new property manager and the rest of the Casino team from PRD) was very supportive, friendly and professional to work with. We have now moved into a new rental, the whole process was smooth and electronic so I could pay my Bond, rent payments and complete all other forms electronically, right from my phone. That is a huge benefit of today’s rental market! No more bank cheques, being at the agency to sign documents on multiple days as the process progresses etc. and very handy for keeping them all secure and saved in the same place for future reference too. I cannot recommend PRD more, as a paper free business and most importantly, as friendly, supportive and professional property managers who care about you, their customers, both tenants and landlords. This is a significant difference to many other real estates I dealt with while navigating the stressful and highly overburdened rental market in the Northern Rivers today. Thank you Ciska and the PRD team.

I had such a great experience working with Leah and the team. They were very professional, friendly amd made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend PRD Real Estate. #Went above and beyond #Communication was excellent

The team at PRD Northern Rivers have been looking after my investment for over 10 years. I have always found their communication and attention to detail to be excellent. I highly recomment Leigh and her team of Property Managers.

I have said it all above! We have enjoyed an easy straight forward process. A request for service was attended to promptly and was helpful in helping us resolve an issue with our TV connection.

Dave was amazing to deal with and has been super helpful with all my requests.

Been over 2 years, no complaints what so ever Perfect

Natalie has been an angel!! In a time I couldn’t see anything but challenge, Natalie reached out and went above to help. She made me feel seen and took the edge off the stress I was feeling. And thanks to her and her team (and an easy application process) we were able to find our perfect new rental. I am so grateful to Natalie and her team and am excited to nest in my new home!

Since 2023 my experience with Harcourts and all the team in relation to leasing by fully furnished Lennox Head property has been exceptional. No detail is overlooked from any request I have made, be it large or small. This has been crucial as I am not based in NSW and rely heavily on their support, guidance and recommendation in relation to trades etc. They have their eye on what is required in relation to the presentation of the property. The quality tenants that have been presented have been faultless in their payments and care and upkeep of my property. I would highly recommend the team at Harcourts - my property is safe and respected in their hands. It is a great day everyday for me having Harcourts as my agents! I am so grateful for the professional, intelligent, responsive, hardworking Harcourts' Team. Cherie A Ross - Director/Founder Sound Impressions Pty Ltd

Harcourts did a fantastic job during the long and frustrating handover process from the builder. They found tenants for both sides of my duplex in one week, which is a great achievement.
