Fast response with great communication & professional

Maybe a few unpleasant coincidences happened all at the same time, but the overall experience wasn't very impressive. A few confusions around utility supplier, key fobs, miss-spelled address, lease content, etc. All good since all resolved eventually.

I've been renting for about 30 years and have had all kinds of experiences with different real estate agents. Repairs were always tended to promptly and our property manager as well as any other staff were always a joy to interact with, even complex situations were addressed in a manner that always had me feeling positive.
