I found that it is very difficult to contact with the agent. The emails, text messages and phone calls often were ignored. The same comments from tenants who tried to contact the agents during the process as well. Slow proccess to pickup tenants.

Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).
