All at First National have been outstanding. Michelle has been the best Property Manager I've had in my 42 years, she is incredible. The team are always kind, helpful and very prompt in dealing with any issue that has presented. As a tenant I feel respected, valued and cared for by all at First National. They have always looked after myself, my daughters and our home extremely well. I'd be more then willing to encourage any home owner to entrust this team with their property. Wonderful people, who care and strive to be down to earth but also professional and get the job done. They are phenomenal with communication. Repairs are dealt with immediately and with no stress, whether it be an emergency or non emergency. Professional, yet kind, with housing being an issue currently, I have not one ever felt anything but respected and cared for while knowing I'm dealing with people who are doing the exact same for home owners. Honestly, an amazing team and I highly recommend for both home owners and tenants alike. 10/10.

We have an excellent renting experience with the agent Kylie. Whenever I raised questions and concerns as a tenant, she always responded quickly and took the initiative to help solve every problem patiently. For example, since we couldn't access the app to check the Inspection report, Kylie kindly delivered all paperwork to our home in heavy rain, keeping our rental process on track. What's more, Kylie is a kind and professional agent. Being new to renting in Mackay, we were treated warmly and equally as other tenants. To sum up, the whole rental process was handed professionally and smoothly. The agent has strong professional literacy and thoughtful service. We are satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend the agent to other tenants.

We recently have rented a house with R&H and have had the most easy, pleasant experience. The agent and ladies in the office have been very helpful and easy to contact. It has been years since we last rented but have had the best experience so far. Highly recommend Raine & Horne.
