Correspondence and feedback on all the viewings and interested parties was always extremely prompt as were all the reference checks and any follow up maters. Excellent service throughout the entire process both this time and also on all such previous occasions.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant
