Agencies in Mcgraths Hill, NSW, 2756

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.

Highly Recomended, We are very grateful for a friendly and professional and informative interactions with Shannon at First National Connect with very good advice and good management in getting tennants into our properties in a short time.

I have only good things to say about First National Connect, they are always available if I need to contact them, they are professional, pleasant & polite. I would reccommend first National to anyone looking to buy or rent.

We were fortunate to meet Isabella at house we were looking at leasing, it was a daunting task for us as we had not rented another house in 18 years. We found Isabella approachable, happy and willing to assist us with all our questions. We have found it necessary to contact Isabella on several occasions and she has always been professional and willing to help. We have been very lucky to find an agent who supports good staff such as Isabella and gives her the scope to be natural and use her own abilities to assist tenants who need help and guidance from professional property managers . Many Thanks Dave Wise

I've been renting for about 30 years and have had all kinds of experiences with different real estate agents. This is the first time I actually felt looked after and treated like a valued human being as well as being appreciated for being a good tenant. Repairs were always tended to promptly and our property manager as well as any other staff were always a joy to interact with, even complex situations were addressed in a manner that always had me feeling positive. I was sad to not be able to stay with them when I moved. I cannot recommend the team at Cutcliffe Mulgrave highly enough.

Laura was helpful, informative and transparent throughout the leasing process. She was happy to answer our questions and provide constructive solutions to any complications that we faced. We would recommend Cutcliffe Properties Mulgrave to other prospective home owners based on our experience.
