I have known Perly and Szilvia for many years. I have had the opportunity to engage with them as both a tenant and an owner. They are always very helpful and responsive, and do everything with the utmost respect and a smile on their face. I highly recommend PM Realty for your real estate needs.

There were some issues along the way, such as the agreed open day was cancelled and the carpet was not cleaned by the effective date of the lease, but overall the communication and cooperation was relatively smooth.

Our experience with PM Realty has been fantastic so far. From the day we picked up the keys, the team has been approachable, supportive, and responsive to all our queries. Even when small issues came up, like the garage door, the team handled it with patience and professionalism, keeping us updated and making sure we felt heard. It’s clear that tenant satisfaction is important to them, and we’ve really valued their commitment and communication. We feel confident that with PM Realty, any future concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Highly recommend their team!

Jenny was very supportive, I wasn’t able to inspect the apartment in person but Jenny helped me with a video inspection. Eagle also provided us a fob cover when the keys and fob are unattached.

I am receiving all rental-related reports well.

Jenny and Eagle were wonderful in resolving some initial hiccups in my rental experience, and we look forward to having them as our agent!
