Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Very happy with services, gentleman was very polite and found the perfect tenant.

Bronwyn and Vicki delivered on a rental in Wentworthville that i enquired about and processed everything super fast. Communication was awesome and the unit was clean and maintained very well. Will definitely deal with them in the future again.

We engaged Laing and Simmons to manage our rental property. We were met with a well structured plan to encourage tenants as well as full transparency throughout the experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Bronwyn, Sharunan and Vicky. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

I have never write any reviews in any sorts but I am so impress that I would like to share my pleasant experience dealing with Steven of iHome. Steven was handling both of my purchase of a property and also assist in renting it out. I have never feel so easy and hassle free throughout the process and all because of Steven's expertise, efficiency, prompt communication and professional. His negotiation skills is top as he had helped me very quickly rent out the property of the rental price that probably is the highest in the area. I am, without a doubt would refer and recommend Steve to my friends and network!

David was very fast, efficient and knowledgable in responding back and helping us with our property needs. We were very happy with their great friendly service!

I am very grateful to the employees and bosses of the company, who helped me solve a lot of troubles. When I was threatened by my former intermediary, I took out the weapon of law to protect us, so that we could reduce our losses and safeguard our own interests. Always be patient and respond to each message in a timely manner when dealing with an incident. It makes me feel that everything is actively followed up, which is very timeliness and high efficiency. Plus I signed the deal the day after I got the house back, faster than a rocket. A good and trustworthy partner.
