The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
