Agent was great, answered all my questions, was very helpful and I had my tennent move in very quickly.

There was an issue with a tenant. We were unhappy with the lack of a sense of urgency and the lack of comunication through the process. The end result was reasonable but more communication would have reduced our stress levels. There is a new person managing the account and we have seen some improvement.
