Michael and Suzanne have been amazing to work with. They have been very respectful throughout our time renting with them. Some agents treat renters differently than people who own their own homes, not the case with Suzanne and Michael. Change can sometimes be daunting, but not this time. We changed Managing agents to GGRE and we felt confident we were in the right hands from the initial conversation with David Hollands. He provided knowledge on the market, and advised us on some outstanding issues, and honestly all problems were quickly resolved, with a new tenant, and more money per week. There was minimal fuss, an easy transition for any owner. New tenants are in, and all good, but if needed, we know David is only a phone call, text message or email away for helping. Do not hesitate to change to GGRE for Property Management, you will not regret it.
