Staff have been friendly and helpful. Having some issues, health wise, I found the staff understanding and felt welcome to inspect and apply for the property. Where other agents seemed unwilling to let me inspect and/or apply for properties.

There were a couple of problem items that couldn't possibly have been picked up on the condition report.These have now been rectified thanks to Emma's efforts.She has been most helpful,cheerful and polite.I would recommend this agency.
